The Productivity Solution Grant (PSG) helps Singapore Small and Medium Businesses (SMEs) gain digital capabilities to enhance overall operational productivity. SMEs can choose from a list of pre-approved solutions and receive up to 50% funding of the qualifying cost.

Perennial FlexiWork package is equivalent to JumpCloud Platform Package Plan with Patch Management add-on. On top of this, it is bundled with TrendMicro Worry-Free Antivirus, providing a holistic endpoint management solution that is designed for remote work.
Professional Service is also included in the package to help SMEs get the most value out of it.
Is this solution useful if we already have an anti-virus in our environment?
Yes, besides Trend Micro Worry-Free Anti-virus, FlexiWork comes bundled with JumpCloud Platform, which is a full-featured cloud-based device management, and IAM (Identity Access Management) Platform.
It also comes with a host of features to effectively deliver IT to remote employees like remote assist ( think Team Viewer) and patch management to keep endpoints up to date.
Can I apply for more than 1 package to match the number of devices I have in my Company?
No, you are not allowed to apply for more than 1 package under the same category (Endpoint Protection Platform) with the same business entity. Hence, you are encouraged to choose the closest package that matches the company’s 1 year projected headcount.
Additional devices can be procured separately without grant.
We are using a mix of Windows and Apple endpoints in our company, is FlexiWork able to support all of them?
Yes, FlexiWork support the following type of devices (endpoints):
- Windows

- iOS
- Android (2nd Quarter, 2023)
Can I include additional items or scope to the quotation?
No, PSG package quotation is fixed and no modification is allowed. You can only choose the closest of the 5 packages that best suites your needs.
Additional items or scope will have to be procured separately.
How long is the subscription for Jumpcloud and Trend Micro Antivirus license?
It comes with 1-year subscription for JumpCloud Platform and Trend Micro Worry Free Antivirus.
How do I renew my JumpCloud subscription at the end of 1 year?
